Video NEPCO: First contact at TEDxAmsterdam

Amsterdam-based artistic collective Nepco startled the TEDxAmsterdam crowd by welcoming a small alien family to the stage, assisting the youngest and smallest one in taking a swing on stage. Their entrance was the introduction to humorist John Hodgman’s TED talk, which you can watch here. It’s about how aliens and physics are somehow related to falling in love.

Nepco’s creations will jump on and off stage during the day – so beware… you might be caught unawares!

Nepco designs props, inflatables and – as they coined the phrase themselves – ‘ridiculous outfits’. Their creations give a funny, theatrical edge to any event, taking the public afloat for a short intermezzo into Nepco’s flight of fancy. Find out more on their website.
