It’s pretty simple: TEDxAmsterdam is about ‘Ideas Worth Spreading‘, and the TEDxAmsterdam Award is about ‘Ideas Worth Doing‘
What to win:
• Stage time to present your idea to the audience at the TEDx conference at the 25th of November
• Human Capital support for a year
• Access to TEDxAmsterdam network
Criteria TEDx Award
• The project should inspire people
• The idea should have a significant positive impact on the lives of people or the planet
• You as the entrepreneur know how to make your idea happen, but you need means and volunteers to accelerate
• Foothold in the Netherlands
Registration & how to join
• The TEDx Amsterdam Award is free for everyone of every age to join.
• Contestants must be individuals or a team of individuals
• You can submit your idea by filling in the form at TEDxAmsterdam Award 2011 Submission Form
• Submitting closes on the 28th of October (12:00 PM GMT)
• 10 projects will be selected to pitch their idea to a jury. All selected projects will win a ticket to TEDxAmsterdam. The jury will select one project that will win the TEDxAmsterdam Award
• The award winner will be coached to present its idea at TEDxAmsterdam 2011
Entries
• Our event is international, so entries must be in English.
• Only submitted projects through our website are screened
• Participants accept the general terms and conditions of the competition
• The Winner will be announced on the 25th of November
