What is your TEDx job?
I am a visual storyteller. Which means that it is my job to give a good impression of the TEDx (Amsterdam, AmsterdamWomen & Haarlem) events. Not just with photography, but by telling the stories of the events using photos and text/quotes.
What’s your favorite TEDxAmsterdam talk?
There are many talks I like or love. But the one that made my mouth fall open is the talk of Adora Svitak.
What would you speak about during your 3 minute TEDxTalk?
The power of images and the importance of visual storytelling. Communication changed a lot by the influence of social media. These days it isn’t enough to just write a blog or show a bunch photos. We need to be personal, honest and authentic! But how? This is a story about the essention of things which gives a whole new dimension to storytelling.
