It takes more than two: volunteer briefing

On a dark but dry Friday evening some 20 TEDheads gathered in a room provided by Hotel Krasnapolsky. When running an event as large as TEDxAmsterdam we can’t do it all by ourselves! Next to the core crew, all the supplying partners and the Stadsschouwburg staff we are lucky to always rely on an armada of volunteers’ hands.

Volunteer coordinators Maarten Fijnaut and Coen Rispens instructed the group of old and new faces as to what they can expect this Friday. Tasks can vary from helping at the registration desk or ushering visitors towards the right place to picking up a speaker by car.
