Who is Katja Schuurman?
Katja Römer Schuurman (1975), is a well known actress in the Netherlands. Besides acting in several Dutch movies and series, she’s a TV-presenter and entrepreneur. In 2006 Katja founded Return to Sender. She also hosted a TV-program, in which she travelled all over the world to show the audience the stories of the Return to Sender products and the people who make them. Return to Sender finds exceptional products crafted in the poorest regions of the world, and sells these products in the Netherlands, via its own online shop on returntosender.nl and via HEMA, one of Holland’s biggest retailers.
